Meet parents or service providers to assess challenges/ opportunities, provide a summary of recommendations.

Prepare a detailed plan of action to implement the recommendations provided. This includes a step by step guide to implement the recommendations, materials (if needed) to implement the recommendations provided during the initial consultation.

Demonstrate the implementation of the prepared Action Plan.

Follow up in-home sessions for review, continuing training/ coaching (60 min)

Topics including navigating IEP’s, building home-school collaboration, effective behavior strategies, etc

Review of documents – Full & Individual Evaluation (FIE), previous IEPs, data collected, outside therapy notes, data from all service providers

Advocacy and Support During Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings
