Finding Chandeep Kohli to guide our family through our son’s educational journey has been such a relief. Her ability to analyze and synthesize complex information and present it in a way that truly makes sense has been invaluable. During a time filled with so many unknowns, she has brought not only clarity and data-driven insight, but also a deep sense of reassurance and emotional support to our family.

Working with Chandeep of Cully LLC was truly a turning point for me as a parent navigating the school system and getting clarity on my son's educational needs.

She went above and beyond, spending hours reviewing my son’s evaluations, IEP, FIE, grades and progress reports to connect the dots and gain greater understanding of my son and his needs. She took her time explaining everything in a way that made sense and helped me feel confident advocating for my autistic son. She explained all the acronyms and purposes of each part of the ARD process. Detailing what my rights are as a parent was very helpful and essential.

For the first time, I felt supported, guided, and empowered instead of overwhelmed and confused. She understands the education system, knows the laws, and is incredibly thorough. She is now helping me create an educational plan that is truly tailored to my child’s needs — not a one-size-fits-all.

I highly recommend working with her before, during, AND after any ARD or IEP meeting. If you have a neurodivergent child and need clarity on a plan to support them based on what they actually need, Chandeep is the best person to help you. She is professional, highly knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely invested in helping families do what’s best for their children.

Chandeep Kohli is one of the most dedicated and insightful educators I’ve had the privilege of working with during my career. Her passion for supporting students with special needs—particularly those on the autism spectrum—shines through in every decision she makes and every team she leads. Mrs. Kohli guided our team with a rare combination of expertise, empathy, and an unwavering belief in each student’s potential.
I experienced her impact firsthand. When I struggled with students who displayed challenging behaviors, Chandeep was the person who grounded me, encouraged me, and helped me see beyond the moment. One moment stands out vividly. We had a student who frequently eloped, and many of us doubted whether she could succeed in a general education setting. Chandeep never wavered. She assured me that with the right supports in place, the student’s behaviors would improve—and she was absolutely right. Today, that student is thriving alongside her peers, a testament to Chandeep’s vision and her refusal to underestimate any child.
Chandeep doesn’t just support students; she transforms the educators and families around them. She elevates teams, strengthens classrooms, and changes trajectories for every student she encounters. Any family or school district seeking expertise, compassion, and true partnership would be fortunate to work with her.

Chandeep is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, informed, and educated individuals serving the special needs community and autism population. She’s simply the best!

Meet Chandeep:

With a Master’s in Autism and 20 years in special education & behavior support, Chandeep saw the same pattern over & over: families getting plenty of complicated assessments & paperwork, but not enough practical help where it actually matters. At the kitchen table during homework. In the car during transitions. At the IEP meeting where decisions get made.

She started Cully to bridge that gap. Not a clinic. Not a program you drive to three times a week. A partner who comes to you, shows you what works with your child, and makes sure the school system is doing its part.

Why Choose Cully?

A Holistic, Family-Centered Approach

Every child’s world is unique, and so is every family’s rhythm, culture, and routine. At Cully, we use a whole-child, whole-family approach that integrates home, school, and real-life environments. This ensures the strategies you learn fit naturally into your everyday life and support your child where growth actually happens.

We don’t just work with your child: we work with you.
Through in-home strategy modeling and personalized coaching, parents gain clear, practical tools to support communication, reduce frustration, build independence, and create meaningful, sustainable progress at home.

Our methods draw from the latest research in child development, communication, learning, and behavior. We translate this science into simple, usable strategies that parents can confidently apply in daily routines, from morning transitions to mealtime to homework to play.

No rigid clinic schedules.

No stressful commutes.

No one-size-fits-all programs.

Cully meets families where they are through a flexible blend of in-home sessions, virtual guidance, and school collaboration. We bring expert support into the environments that matter most, making progress more natural, more consistent, and more sustainable.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does Cully do?

Cully provides holistic developmental and behavioral support for children with autism and developmental challenges.

We work across the child’s natural environments-home, school, and daily routines-to help children grow and help parents feel confident using strategies that truly work.

Our services include parent coaching, in-home modeling, virtual guidance, transition planning, and collaboration with schools.

We support individuals from early childhood through young adulthood, tailoring strategies to each child’s developmental level, strengths, needs, and learning style.

Cully is not a clinic and does not rely on rigid, protocol-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. Instead, we use a holistic, child-centered, whole-family approach grounded in developmental and behavioral science.

We focus on what works in real life-at home, in the classroom, and in everyday routines-and empower parents to confidently support their child throughout the day.

We work with children and their parents together. Our founder models strategies in the home, then coaches parents to apply those strategies across daily routines.

This approach produces more meaningful and lasting progress than child-only sessions.

At this time, Cully does not accept insurance.
This allows us to provide flexible, individualized, holistic support without the restrictions insurance can impose.

Note: We understand that financial situations vary. Pricing flexibility or payment plan options may be available in certain cases.
